Terms and disclaimer

Last updated 29 October 2026

1. Opinions, not statements of fact

WillItSurvive publishes opinions about how exposed a company's market position may be to AI-driven displacement. Assessments, bands, and written cases reflect our editorial judgment of publicly available information as of the evidence date shown on each page. They are not statements of fact, predictions that any company will fail, valuations, or measures of company quality, management, or the people who work there.

2. No advice; no recommendation

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, employment, or business advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument, or to make any decision concerning any company, including decisions about employment, partnership, procurement, or investment. If you require advice, consult a qualified professional. Do not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on this site.

3. No warranty

Content is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong; we are under no obligation to update any assessment except as described in the methodology.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WillItSurvive, its operators, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption, arising from or relating to use of, or reliance on, this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Revisions and the record

Assessments are revised when the evidence changes; revision histories remain visible and originals are not rewritten. Checked outcomes are posted to the track record. How calls are made, checked, and revised is described on the methodology page, which forms part of these terms by reference.

6. Third-party information and marks

Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of, or by, WillItSurvive. Source material cited in assessments remains the property of its publishers.

7. Ownership and reuse

The assessments, written cases, standings, track record, site design, and the selection and arrangement of the companies covered are the work of WillItSurvive and are protected by copyright and other laws to the extent those laws apply. Facts about companies, and the source material we cite, are not ours to own.

You may link to any page, and quote short extracts with credit to WillItSurvive and a link to the page quoted. A quoted standing must keep the assessment date shown with it. Automated access allowed by our robots.txt, including by search engines and AI services that index, cite, or summarize pages, is permitted; it does not grant a right to republish.

Without our written permission you may not copy, scrape, or republish the site or a substantial part of it, compile its assessments into another database, product, or service, or present any of its content as your own or without its date. Requests to reuse content can be sent to the address in section 8.

8. Contact and corrections

Companies and readers may submit corrections or additional evidence, and anyone may write to us, at hello@willitsurvive.net. For a correction, include the page address and the source that supports it. We review submissions but retain sole editorial discretion over assessments.

9. Privacy and access logs

The service that delivers this site, Amazon CloudFront, writes an access log entry for each request, which includes the IP address it came from, the page requested, the time, the referring page and the browser's user agent. We keep these logs for 90 days to measure traffic and to detect abuse, and they are then deleted automatically.
