How we make a call

Each company was researched from public sources, assessed independently three times, and the assessments reconciled into one band. Every assessment carries a checkpoint: a named event and the date from which it can be checked. Claims are fixed at their call date and never edited; outcomes are added as they are checked, whether or not the call was right.
