The call

This company's independent story is closing as VINCI absorbs it, while SAP and SNP's AI tools eat into the SAP services work it built its business on.

All for One Group helps mid-sized German companies set up and fix SAP software, a job that has been hard for big consulting firms to steal because of deep local relationships. Starting in mid-2026, SAP itself is adding AI helpers to answer support questions, and a rival company called SNP released an AI tool that automates the messy work of moving data between systems, both of which take away work All for One used to charge for. The company is being bought by French industrial group VINCI Energies for 67.50 euros per share, closing by the end of 2026, so the independent story is over, but the real test is whether profit shrinks faster than anyone is saying it will.

Why
01
AI pressure: SAP SE embedded cloud support tiers; SNP SE agentic migration tool Kyano Lorna. SAP now sells AI support directly to clients, and SNP's AI agent does S/4HANA migration work All for One used to bill hours for. Could AI do the core job? Yes, likely.
02
Bigger players: SAP SE. SAP's own AI-embedded cloud support tiers, shipped March 2026, pull maintenance and support revenue straight from All for One's core business. Could a giant copy it? Probably.
03
What protects it. Deep, long-standing relationships with over 4,500 Mittelstand clients that global SIs and SAP itself have not replicated.
What would change this call
FY2025/26 full-year EBIT print, due around December 2026 after fiscal year-end 30 Sept 2026. Shows whether margin tax from AI competitors is worse than the ~0m guidance admits.
VINCI Energies takeover reaching 75%+1 acceptance and antitrust clearance by Q4 2026. Confirms the buyout closes rather than stalling, which would leave All for One exposed standalone.
Public disclosures of SAP cloud-support or SNP Kyano Lorna client wins among Mittelstand SAP customers. Would show the named competitors directly displacing All for One's core support and migration work.

  • SAP's own AI-embedded cloud support tiers directly displace services All for One historically monetized. Severity: high
  • Continued headcount reduction and restructuring costs signal weakening organic demand in German-speaking market. Severity: medium
