The call

Bespin Global has real customers and cloud certifications but is now funding growth with debt while its larger domestic rival grows faster and turns a profit.

Bespin Global helps large companies run their software on cloud platforms like Amazon and Microsoft, and it manages those systems for them. The work is hard to automate because each company's setup is unique and regulated industries need careful compliance. However, MegazoneCloud does the same thing but is three times bigger, growing much faster, already making money again, and has more resources to invest in new AI tools. The real threat is that Amazon, Google, and other tech giants are launching their own AI agents that can do basic cloud management automatically, which could make companies like Bespin less necessary by 2026 or 2027.

Why
01
AI pressure: Hyperscaler-native agent platforms (AWS Bedrock Agents, Google Gemini Enterprise, OpenAI Presence). New agent platforms from the same hyperscalers Bespin resells could automate the labor-based tuning work Bespin currently bills for. Could AI do the core job? Only partly.
02
Bigger players: MegazoneCloud. Megazone runs the same AI plus security plus compliance playbook at 3x Bespin's revenue, 28% growth, and a return to profit. Could a giant copy it? Probably.
03
What protects it. Long-standing hyperscaler partner certifications and regulated-industry (finance, government) deployments that took years to qualify for.
What would change this call
Bespin Global's FY2026 operating profit/loss and cash flow figures are reported. Shows whether the AI-productivity story is real or debt is masking continued losses.
Bespin Global headcount count reported for end of 2026 (was 685 in Dec 2025). Further decline would indicate cost-cutting rather than productivity-driven growth.
MegazoneCloud's FY2026 revenue growth and profit figures compared to Bespin's. Widening gap would confirm Bespin is becoming a permanent weaker #2 in Korea's cloud MSP market.

Questions people ask
Is Bespin Global profitable in 2026?
No. Bespin Global swung to an operating loss of 3.9 billion won and negative operating cash flow of -5.1 billion won in FY2025 (year ended 2025-12-31), despite revenue growing 17% to 542.9 billion won, per Korean press reporting on audited results.
Who is Bespin Global's biggest competitor?
MegazoneCloud, Korea's #1 cloud MSP, is Bespin Global's direct rival. As of FY2025 (2025-12-31), MegazoneCloud reported $1.16 billion revenue with 28% YoY growth and returned to profit, versus Bespin's ~$400M revenue and an operating loss.
Could AI replace Bespin Global's services?
Bespin's core MSP monitoring and SOC labor is already being automated internally via its own HelpNow AI SOC product launched 2026-07-16, while hyperscaler-native agent platforms (AWS Bedrock Agents, Google Gemini Enterprise) launched mid-2026 threaten to commoditize the same commodity tiers Bespin sells.
Who owns Bespin Global?
Bespin Global is privately held and venture-backed, with investors including SK Telecom ($75M Series C, 2020), e& enterprise ($60M Series D, December 2022), ST Telemedia, and Legend Capital; total funding raised is estimated at $292-313 million as of 2026.
Will Bespin Global go public soon?
Bespin Global is reportedly under pressure to pursue an IPO alongside rival MegazoneCloud, but its FY2025 operating loss, negative cash flow, and reliance on new short-term and long-term borrowing (reported 2026-06-01) make near-term IPO readiness uncertain.
How does Bespin Global compare in size to MegazoneCloud?
Bespin Global reported 542.9 billion won (~$400M) revenue for FY2025, roughly one-third the scale of MegazoneCloud's $1.16 billion, and Bespin grew 17% YoY versus MegazoneCloud's 28%, with MegazoneCloud also profitable while Bespin posted a loss, as of 2025-12-31.
