The call

InCorp sits in a real, regulated business that will likely keep operating, but it faces a much bigger rival in Tricor and AI-native challengers below it, with no shipped AI product of its own yet.

InCorp Global helps small companies register, stay compliant, and handle legal paperwork in different countries. It is hard to make this business disappear because governments require real people to file real documents, but it is not hard to copy: a much bigger competitor called Tricor (part of Vistra) does the same work at much larger scale, and newer AI-powered startups like Sleek and Osome are taking smaller customers away by offering cheaper self-service tools online. The one thing that could change the picture is whether InCorp builds a real AI product that helps customers file paperwork themselves instead of just hiring people, but as of mid-2026 it has not shipped one yet while competitors have.

Why
01
AI pressure: Sleek, Osome, Zolvit. These AI-native compliance platforms already sell self-serve incorporation and filing tools while InCorp's Ascentium brand shows no visible AI product yet. Could AI do the core job? Only partly.
02
Bigger players: Tricor (Vistra, BPEA EQT-owned). Tricor runs the same corporate-services business at 6 to 9 times InCorp's scale, with 50,000 clients across 50+ jurisdictions. Could a giant copy it? Yes, easily.
03
What protects it. Licensed, regulated filing work tied to government registries keeps clients from switching overnight, even without AI tools.
What would change this call
Ascentium ships a public AI compliance tool or self-serve filing tier with sign-off by end of 2026. Shows InCorp can defend SME margins against Sleek, Osome, Zolvit.
Revelio Labs employee sentiment score for InCorp/Ascentium over the next two quarters. Further decline would signal integration friction from the Hillhouse-era rebrand.
Singapore CSP Act enforcement actions naming InCorp or Ascentium entities. Would indicate licensing or compliance gaps undermining its regulated-trust position.

Questions people ask
Is InCorp Global profitable?
No public financials exist since InCorp Global is privately held. Third-party estimates range wildly from about $40M to $493M in annual revenue with no primary filing to confirm any figure, so profitability cannot be verified as of July 2026.
Who owns InCorp Global now?
Hillhouse Investment, a global alternative-investment manager founded in 2005 by Lei Zhang, acquired InCorp Global on February 8, 2024, replacing TA Associates, which had held a majority stake since May 2021.
Could AI replace InCorp Global's services?
Not the licensed core: Singapore's CSP Act, effective June 9, 2025, requires accountable licensed persons for AML and beneficial-ownership duties. But routine filings and bookkeeping are being commoditized by AI-native rivals like Zolvit and Incorpify, and InCorp shows no shipped AI product as of July 2026.
Who is InCorp Global's biggest competitor?
Tricor, now part of Vistra and owned by BPEA EQT, is the dominant incumbent with about 9,000 professionals across 50-plus jurisdictions and 50,000 clients as of its 2023 merger, roughly 6 to 9 times InCorp's scale in the same APAC market.
Is InCorp Global rebranding to Ascentium?
Yes. InCorp is rolling out a global rebrand to Ascentium market by market: Hong Kong completed June 3, 2026, Philippines and India followed in 2025-2026, and Vietnam was slated for August 2026, per company press releases.
What does InCorp Global actually do?
InCorp Global, headquartered in Singapore since founding in 2015, provides company incorporation, corporate secretarial and compliance, accounting, tax, payroll, risk assurance, and ESG advisory services across the Asia-Pacific region, per its own site as of June 2026.
