Arcadia holds real data and trust advantages but sits under new PE ownership and debt while a better-funded rival races ahead on agentic AI.

Arcadia combines patient information from many different hospitals into one place so doctors and insurance companies can see complete medical histories. It is hard to copy because it has collected 170 million patient records over years, follows strict medical privacy rules, and customers have built their work around it. However, Innovaccer, a rival company with much more money from a recent funding round, is building AI tools that do similar work faster and better at automating insurance approvals and finding gaps in patient care.
