The call

A real business with loyal European customers, sitting on a commodity layer that carriers and bigger platforms could build themselves.

Parcel Perform makes software that helps online stores show customers where their packages are and when they will arrive. It also sends notifications and predicts delivery times. The problem is that this kind of service is not hard to copy: big shipping companies like FedEx and UPS are building their own tracking tools, Shopify controls the checkout page where customers first shop, and rival companies like AfterShip have just as many carrier connections and even signed deals with the postal service. The company recently said it would focus on AI-powered recommendations to customers, but it cannot control what AI models do or how other companies use them. The one thing that could change everything is if Parcel Perform proves its AI shopping tool actually makes customers buy more and brings in real money, not just hype.

Why
01
AI pressure: AfterShip and generic AI carrier-ETA models. AI agents may soon give shoppers delivery answers directly, bypassing dashboards like this one entirely. Could AI do the core job? Yes, likely.
02
Bigger players: Shopify, FedEx, UPS, USPS. Shopify owns checkout and carriers are building their own AI tracking, both could absorb this layer for free. Could a giant copy it? Yes, easily.
03
What protects it. 3,000+ customers and Europe's top G2 ranking give it a real base, but no technical lock-in stops customers leaving.
What would change this call
Parcel Perform announces a Series B or new priced funding round within 12 months. Would show investors still value the business after a 5-year funding gap since its 2021 Series A.
AfterShip publicizes new US enterprise wins tied to its USPS API licensing deal. Would show AfterShip converting carrier access into customer wins Parcel Perform could otherwise pursue.
Parcel Perform's 'AI Commerce Visibility' product is cited by a named paying enterprise customer by mid-2027. Would show the October 2025 pivot generating real revenue rather than staying a marketing dashboard.
